Seminar One | Châteauneuf-du-Pape: Limitless Style with Authenticity

An exploration of three venerable Châteauneuf-du-Pape domaines - Clos du Mont-Olivet, Domaine de Marcoux and Domaine de Vieux Télégraphe - canvasing a complex array of soils, fermentation techniques, and aging regimes. Moderator Jeb Dunnuck will lead us through a celebration of this esteemed Southern Rhône appellation; where 13 grape varieties offer limitless style with an authenticity that can only come from France's first recognized AOC.

Seminar Two | Mullineux: Swartland Through the Lens of Syrah

Celebrated South African producers Andrea and Chris Mullineux have been making wine in the Swartland region since 2007.  Led by moderator Lauren Buzzeo, they will take us on a deep dive into the soils of Swartland through the lens of Syrah. In a fascinating examination of truly unique terroir, we will taste through multiple vintages of Mullineux's Single Terroir Syrahs: GRANITE, SCHIST and IRON, gaining a nuanced understanding of the numerous differences in the region.
